Park University’s faculty and staff campaign in support of the renovation of Norrington Center — which will impact the learning experience for every student across the country — is off to a great start. Commitments have been received from 32 faculty and staff members totaling more than $14,000. The goal is to raise a minimum of $25,000 for the Team Huddle Room inside the new Norrington Academic Commons by January 31. Commitments can be given via cash, check, credit card and payroll deduction, with many faculty and staff choosing payroll deduction as it provides an easy way to get involved. Give Today
A special incentive this year only for Park University faculty and staff — all gifts of $500 or more will allow you and one guest to celebrate in style with trustees and other passionate Park supporters at our grand opening party at Ballyhoo the evening of Tuesday, May 17.
As the campaign effort moves forward, so does the transformation of Norrington Center. The interior demolition work is nearly completed, and in the coming week, new walls will begin to take shape. This video is a time lapse of the some of the demolition on the third floor.
