Park University Senior Art Students Exhibit Rescheduled

Sofia McCroskie artJuly 30, 2025 — An art exhibit featuring Park University senior art students that was originally set to take place earlier this summer has been rescheduled and is currently on display in the Campanella Gallery, located inside Norrington Center on Park’s flagship Parkville Campus.

The exhibit, which is open to the public, continues through Friday, Sept. 19, and features the works of Sofia McCroskie, senior K-12 education/art major, Kanas City, Mo. (attended Liberty [Mo.] North High School); Cameron McMeekin, senior fine art major, Springfield, Mo.; and Cheri Regis (art depicted at right), senior digital marketing and fine art major, Parkville, Mo. (attended New Hartford [N.Y.] High School).

McCroskie’s colorful artwork includes ceramics and mixed media sculptures; McMeekin examines themes of nature and the changing seasons through photography; Regis is a multimedia artist whose work ranges from reinterpreting cubist paintings to traditional doll making and fibers.

The Campanella Gallery is open during Norrington Center’s regular business hours:
          •  Through Sunday, Aug. 11 (summer hours) — Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to noon; Saturday-Sunday, closed.
          •  Beginning Monday, Aug. 12 (fall semester hours) — Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, 4 to 9 p.m. The building will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, for the Labor Day holiday.
