Locations & Learning Options

As a student pursuing our Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems, you’ll have the option of taking classes at our Parkville, Missouri campus, at our downtown Kansas City campus, at campus centers nationwide and/or online. This certificate requires completion of 12 credit hours with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students pursuing a graduate certificate must also have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college, or university or its foreign equivalent. Program Highlights

In the information systems management program at our School of Business, you will be exposed to concepts and applications of data analytics, the big data life cycle and any processes associated with project management for system architecture. Students will learn these concepts through the study of information security and risk management, management information systems, database management systems, as well as data analysis and business analytics.
