This communications degree combines the practical and theoretical knowledge you need to succeed in corporate and nonprofit settings, the military, government, politics or other arenas. You’ll also develop the research and writing skills necessary for doctoral work.

In this leadership and communication master’s program, you’ll learn the history of leadership perspectives and explore the communication styles and values of different cultures. You’ll learn to resolve organizational issues and improve decision-making, as well as to develop a framework for ethical conduct in the organizations you serve.

As you approach graduation, you’ll complete a capstone course consisting of a thesis or a graduate project, as well as an oral defense of your work.
