You will acquire the knowledge and skills to deliver exercise programs and educate clients on healthy lifestyles while building a foundation in business and marketing to ensure you can create and manage a successful fitness business.
    • The Strength & Conditioning concentration will prepare you for entry-level positions in coaching, sports performance training, and strength and conditioning roles. Those interested in working with elite athletes of all ages should consider this concentration, as it will supplement your comprehensive exercise science education with knowledge of exercise programming, performance testing, and exercise prescription for athletes.

Ready to take the next step in your education? Park University welcomes applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent who meet our undergraduate admission standards. Bachelor’s degrees require 120 credit hours, including coursework tailored to your major and core academic skills. Strength Conditioning Coach

Strength and conditioning coaches work with individual athletes and teams to enhance athletic performance through targeted training programs that focus on strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance.

Fitness Coordinator

Fitness coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing fitness and wellness programs in various settings, including gyms, corporate offices, universities, hospitals, and community centers, to promote health and physical activity.

Health Coach

Health coaches help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and well-being by focusing on behavior change in areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and habit formation.

Sport Coach

Coaching roles at the collegiate level and within youth developmental club programs, where you’ll apply exercise science principles to athlete development, performance enhancement, and team leadership.
