Dana Frasca Appointed Senior Director of Network Academic Success at Park University

July 29, 2019 — Park University has appointed Dana Frasca as senior director of network academic success. She began her role at Park on July 22 based at the University’s campus in Gilbert, Ariz.

As senior director of network academic success, Frasca will oversee and coordinate services, processes and initiatives that promote and support the academic success of the University’s students at all of its 42 campuses across the country and online worldwide. Services include tutoring, disability services, mentoring, testing services and other resources that foster academic achievement and contribute to Park’s goal of serving and retaining its students.

Frasca has spent the previous 15 years in higher education. Prior to joining Park University, Frasca spent five years at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Ariz., most recently as dean of online education since May 2018. She also served as dean of student affairs at UAT the prior four years. From 2004-14, Frasca held positions within the Rutgers University system in New Jersey. She spent seven years as assistant dean for transfer students in the RU School of Arts and Sciences and nearly three years as student affairs coordinator and graduation certification officer in the University’s Office of Academic Services.

Frasca earned both her Master of Education degree in counseling psychology and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Rutgers.
