Below are links to all the forms you will need for running your student club. You can either print them and drop them off in the Student Life Office or email the completed form to studentlife@park.edu.
Early ActionA selective group of new students to Park will have the opportunity to participate in a day long leadership and service experience prior to the start of orientation activities. These students will be going through a half day of leadership programming and then spend a half day serving in the Kansas City Community. Participating students will also be allowed to beat the crowds and move into the Residence Halls a day early! If you are sent an invitation to participate in Early Action and plan to attend, please fill out the registration form. See full schedule for Early Action experience.
