Park’s nursing program offers personalized guidance, hands-on clinical experience, and a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. With a 100% NCLEX pass rate for first-time test takers over the last five graduating cohorts and 100% job placement at graduation, students are exceptionally well-prepared to pursue their RN license. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Pre-Licensure) provides comprehensive support from admission to graduation, including academic advising, tutoring, and clinical placement assistance. BSN graduates are equipped with leadership skills, ethical training, and critical thinking abilities, setting them up for both immediate licensure and future advanced nursing education.
* For the current pre-licensure BSN, approximately 25% of the didactic coursework is online. Clinical and lab components are fully in person.

Park’s BSN program emphasizes hands-on clinical training, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary learning. Students gain experience in high-acuity environments and benefit from faculty mentorship, preparing them for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) and future roles in specialty care, public health, and informatics.
Students in the pre-licensure BSN program complete supervised clinical rotations across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, community clinics, and long-term care facilities. These experiences are designed to build foundational nursing skills in areas like physiology, microbiology, and patient care while meeting state licensure standards.
A BSN degree opens doors to advanced roles such as nurse practitioner, clinical educator, and healthcare administrator. Many hospitals prefer or require BSN-trained nurses, especially in critical care and leadership positions. Park’s curriculum prepares graduates for upward mobility and future graduate study, including MSN and DNP pathways.
Park University’s BS Nursing (Prelicensure) program is designed for students who want to become registered nurses and are just starting their nursing education. It’s ideal for individuals without prior nursing credentials who are ready to build the clinical and academic foundation needed to sit for the NCLEX-RN® exam and begin a professional nursing career.
