|*Students requesting a single space will need to go ahead and reserve a double space of your choice to be sure you have secured housing. You will then complete a supplemental form to submit a request for a single room. ResLife will notify you if a single space is available.|
**Adjusted Copley Upgrade for 21-22, students opting for a single space if available will be charged a per semester $965 add-on to secure a single unit for the duration of the academic year. This is added on to the $2535 double rate.

Room assignments will be sent to you at your Park University email address.
- Returning students – end of spring semester
- New students – May 31st
These dates are tentative and subject to change.
RESIDENCE LIFE WAITING LIST
The following students are given priority on the residence hall wait list:
- Students who meet the current residency requirement (under 21 years of age with fewer than 58 credit hours completed)
- Students who are required to live on campus due to a grant or award.
Special consideration also will be given to those students who will be arriving from out of the state or out of the country. Those students who meet the primary criteria will then be prioritized based upon their confirmation status (if tuition is paid, a student will be given first consideration).
Due to the nature of a co-ed campus with a variable ratio of male to female residents, a female listed below a male may receive a room assignment first or vice versa. The waiting list is updated daily as space becomes available. You will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail when we have a space for you.
You will then have 48 hours to confirm or decline your room assignment. If you fail to confirm your room assignment within 48 hours, you will be placed at the bottom of the list and contacted again if space becomes available.
