Managing Your Financial Aid

To view the current status of your financial aid, log into your financial aid portal.

Note:  This is not your MyPark ID.  If you forgot your password, enter your Student ID, and select ‘Forgot Your Password’ to reset it.

Reviewing Your Financial Aid

You must select the academic year you want to review. By default, it will display the current award year, you will need to select the award year you want to review.

Review the Documents tab to review documents, forms, etc. that have been assigned to you.

Requested documents should be uploaded to your financial aid portal for our review. Delays in providing requested documents will delay processing of your financial aid.

Students must accept, decline or reduce their student’s loans in their financial aid portal. Grants and scholarships will be accepted on your behalf, however you may decline them by contacting us by email or phone: finaid@park.edu or 816-584-6290.

You may also review your individual customized College Financing Plan in your financial aid portal.

Special or Unusual Circumstances

When students and/or families experience a change in circumstances, and the information provided on the FAFSA no longer accurately reflects their financial or dependency situation, a student may be eligible to file an appeal.

In some cases, the financial aid office is able to adjust FAFSA information to reflect the special or unusual circumstance.

Students should contact the financial aid office to discuss their situation. Students may submit an appeal and with appropriate documentation be eligible for additional grant funding.  Call us at 816-584-6290 or email finaid@park.edu.
