Longtime Park University director of athletics Claude English has announced that he will retire, effective Friday, Aug. 13.

The 2021 Park University Golf Scramble, a four-person tournament that benefits the University’s Parkville Campus athletics programs, is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 11, at The National Golf Club of Kansas City. Golfers get on the course with a shotgun start at 10 a.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.

All-University Spring 2021 Graduates

Park University announces its Spring 2021 graduates. The list of graduates includes those from the University’s flagship campus in Parkville as well as its 40 additional campuses across the country and online worldwide. The University had 1,218 students eligible to graduate — 257 students received a master’s degree and/or graduate certificate, and 961 students received a bachelor’s degree, associate degree and/or undergraduate certificate.

Broberg American Pianists Awards Finalist

Kenny Broberg, a graduate student in Park University’s International Center for Music and one of the most highly decorated pianists in the world under the age of 30, is one of five finalists in the upcoming American Pianists Association’s 2021 American Pianists Awards.
