MISSION

The Park University Campus Safety Department is a 24/7, professional, proactive safety resource for the Park University community. We accomplish our mission by securing, monitoring, enforcing and providing administrative resources while offering visibility to the community, coordination of safety related activities and acting as a liaison with local emergency services.

GOALS

  1. Community wide safety, security and emergency training
  2. Increase community awareness of resources Campus Safety provides
  3. Improve on usability and availability of security technology resources
  4. Document accurately all safety and security related reports for the Park community
  5. Maintain a positive relationship with local outside agencies

Clery Annual Security REPORT

The Clery Annual Security Reports are required to be posted by October 1 and reflects the previous three (3) years of crime and fire statistics on the Park University Campuses. The reports are calendar year reports.

Campus Safety will also provide a paper copy of the reports upon request.

MISSING STUDENTS

If a member of the Park University community has reason to believe that a student who resides in on-campus housing is missing, he or she should immediately notify Campus Safety at (816) 584-6444. More

Vehicle Registration/Parking Permit Application (must allow pop-ups)

Once you have completed the online vehicle registration process, a Campus Safety Officer will review the information and let you know when your parking permit is ready at Campus Safety. You will need:

  • Park ID
  • driver’s license
  • registration
  • insurance information
  • vehicle information

After issued, the sticker must be placed on the lower left-hand side of the rear window of the vehicle.
