Welcome Students
The Office of Residence Life and Education works hard to provide Park students with a premier living experience, as part of the residential requirement for single students under the age of 21 living on campus. Navigate the links for each complex and explore the amenities, facilities, and all Park University has to offer our residential students.
Students, please complete your application and sign your contract through eRezlife. For Spring 2026, the $150 housing deposit is required to be paid through your MyPark account. Beginning in Summer 2026, no housing deposit will be required.

Application Process
- Apply through our eRezLife system. (No housing deposit will be required for 2026-2027.)
- Look for a roommate in the Roomeez platform. (You can be randomly assigned a roommate if you do not select a roommate.)
- Returning students can select a room; new students will be assigned based on preferences and availability.
- Move-in day will be Friday, August 14, 2026.
Timeline
2026-2027 Housing Application opened on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Returning students:
- Should apply by April 1st to choose between re-selecting their current or entrance into the room lottery for a time slot to select another room.
- Returning student room selection will be Tuesday, April 7th beginning at 10am. Your time slot will be emailed to you in early April if you apply by April 1st.
New students:
- Apply by May 10th for admission into initial room lottery.
- New students who have applied by May 10th will receive their time slot assignment to their Park emails on May 11th.
- Room selection for new students will begin at 6 pm on May 11th.
- For applications completed after the initial room lottery, assignments will be completed on a rolling basis.
Move-in for Fall 2026 will be Friday, August 14, from 9 am-4 pm.
