Graduation Application

This is for students planning to graduate or request duplicate diploma. The student may submit their information to Park University along with payment via Master Card, Visa, and etc... This is a secure link.

Deadline for Application:
December Commencement..................April 1
May Commencement..................November 1
August Completion..............................April 1

Once the Application is filed, the Office of the Registrar will perform a degree check of the student's coursework and will provide written or email notification of remaining requirements.

Note: If the requirements are not completed by the projected completion date, this application and fee will expire at the end of the following academic session.
