TECHNICAL SUPPORT HELP DESK SERVICE
Information Technology Services (ITS) is proud to announce a new technical support help desk service to better serve our students, faculty and staff. This service is available during regular hours of operation.
When you are connected with Park’s Help Desk, you are working with a dedicated, local support technician who provides assistance for many common technical-related issues. If the technician can’t solve an issue, it will be escalated appropriately for further, in-depth assistance. Escalated issues after standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST) will be addressed the next business day.
