Information Technology Services (ITS) is proud to announce a new technical support help desk service to better serve our students, faculty and staff. This service will extend our available hours for technical support from the current 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Central Time to 7:00 am - 10:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Noon to 5:00 pm on the weekends.
When you are connected with the Help Desk, you will be working with a dedicated, local support technician who will provide assistance for many common technical-related issues. If the technician can’t solve an issue, it will be escalated appropriately for further, in-depth assistance. Escalated issues after standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CT) will be addressed the next business day.
