Registrar Office Services

Student Records

The Office of the Registrar is the primary resource for maintaining student and academic records.

Graduation & Degree Conferral

Park hosts commencement ceremonies throughout the year at various locations, and degrees are conferred at the end of each term for students who have applied to graduate and have completed all degree requirements. The Office of the Registrar is responsible for managing diploma applications, conferring degrees, and issuing diplomas.

Transfer Students

Evaluations of prior coursework are completed for undergraduate transfer students upon receipt of official postsecondary and/or military transcripts. Prospective and current students can review articulation agreements, course equivalencies, and military degree pathways to facilitate degree completion.

University Catalog

The catalog is published annually and includes policies, degree requirements, Student Code of Conduct, and other important information. Additionally, the Office of the Registrar coordinates publication of the class schedule and classroom assignments.

Compliance

Compliance with state and federal regulations and policies of other regulatory bodies (such as Higher Learning Commission and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) is critical. Some of the compliance-related responsibilities include:

  • Enrollment & Degree Reporting
  • Athletic Eligibility
  • Loan Deferment
  • Grade and Degree Completion within Military Portals
